Refund and Returns Policy

At CodeHQ, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, we are here to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

🧾 Return Eligibility

✅ You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
  • You send the product to our designated return address

❌ You are not eligible for a return/refund if:

  • You used the product and then changed your mind
  • You contact us after 7 days without prior notice
  • The product was damaged or modified after delivery
  • You refuse to accept delivery without a valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personal hygiene or intimate items (e.g., earbuds, grooming devices)
  • Perishable or time-sensitive items
  • Gift cards or downloadable software

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received:

  • We will inspect the item within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your preferred payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a store credit once the return is processed
  • A gift certificate will be emailed or sent to you

If the gift was not sent directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
